Your phone is not dead yet. So nothing to worry. Try the below combination ,please follow this sequence:

PRESS the buttons green,*,3, power combination (until you get it to work).
- Turn off PIN code requests.
- Charge the phone fully.
- Turn off the phone.
- Remove the memory card (not really needed, but I usually do it to be on the safe side).
- Put the phone on a table (easier to press the keys then, in my opinion).
- Press the three keys and keep them securely down and do not release.
- While the keys are still down, turn the power on.
- Do not release the three keys .

Your screen is faulty,maybe your phone fell into water or you hit your screen on something accidentally

It will be almost impossible to fix your screen so the best thing to do is to have your screen replaced

take the battery out first do not switch on the phone dismandle the phone if u have blower the blow with it in a reduced temperatue make sure all the water are been dryed now reassemble it 

change battery

Its better not to use it because even if it be repaired this will not be reliable.

your phone...

note: backup first.
while updating the phone don't desconnect the phone or your phone may be dead.
