Hi,
The default code for most phones is "000000" or "0000" or "1234" or "123456'. One of these codes is always a standard master code in most cell phone models.

Sometimes those codes dont work, here are 2 other things you can try:
Take out the SIM card, reboot.
Type *2767*2878# (Custom memory reset)
Reinsert SIM
If this dosent work the next way is a last resort and works on any phone:
If you enter wrong password for more then 5 times,it ll ask you to enter the puk number....now call your customer care and
get the puk number...enter the puk number in the space given for password....thats it...problem is fixed
