Hi, I have a Viewsat 2000 Ultra, it was freezing for a couple of days but when i was downloading the new fix it completely froz. I know there was a caustion sign not to power off the receiver, but i had no choice. since then the display only shows ---- four dashes and nothing works, i tried to turn it on and off a few times but no luck. If someone can help me with this problem i will really appreciate it.

We have a viewsat ultra 2000 on feb 29 08 we turned the tv off and left the unit on when we turned the tv back on everything froze and the unit does not respond we tried the switch on the back it works for a moment then completly freezes any help is appreciated this machine is approx 4 mths old - from [email protected]

I have sat ultra 2000 have some file store in my disk when I download to receiver by mistake I klick the file fix. I put the power off and remove my cable put the power on I have some problem that Receiver constantly on and off and I try to download the file I can't because the power does not stay and there is no line or 0 digit please help me
