My sony tv has a all green picture do i need to replace the lamps
greenish hue ? if so no the lamps typically control the brightness and allow the image to be transferred to the sets screen through the optic block and thats what i believe to be the culprit to your hue it it is a hue if not other issues could be amiss

If you used the exact replacement lamp then your tv has a defective light engine, call mitsubishi and make noise they might be willing to help with the cost- around $800 to $1200

your optical block is bad. class action lawsuite going on . should be covered under manufacturer EXTENDED warranty. if not they are supposed to offer to buy you new tv. contact nearest AUTHORZED repair center. hope that helps
