Mark V Blodgett oven manual

The oven has a max temp of 650° if you aren't getting there with the tstat cranked all the way up most likely you don't have enough gas pressure to reach the temp. Or the air shutters are mis adjusted. Gas pressures should be adjusted by a professional technician or contractor with a meter for testing gas pressures. Maybe you need to adjust the thermostat? Do you have a User's Manual? If it's not the thermostat, and your oven is on warranty, you should call service. If nor on wattantym you should pay one of your preference

door switch need to be checked or repalce. you can put 2 wires connect together and turn on see motor is running, if it run that mean switch is bac...good luck.
