I bought a new dell Vostro 1015 laptop, while i was working on it, its screen became white and i tried to restart the machine and nothing happen except white screen.also i put the driver CD and no change. i don't know what the problem and i need my laptop to work soon thank you for your support

Connect an external monitor and see if you get display,if ok laptop screen defective, check your warranty,if still under warranty send it in for repairs.

I wish i could help but the only error i have seem like that is a blue screen on an HP Pavillion from 2007. It may be the same error just different way of showing it since its Dell. My windows XP crashed and i was required to re-format my laptop back to Windows Vista but then i bought Windows XP again and i never had the problem since. I dont really know what to say i wish i could be more helpfull.
