I went to copy and it will not -- thought maybe I needed to replace toner -- cannot get it out. There was no indication that I need to replace toner. Seems something is out of line under the lid. I have moved and can't find my manual to check in the troubleshooting section. Can you help.

Enter in service mode and do an cartridge adjustment. Maybe the toner is not uniformly distributed in cartridge. Also you can search on internet for service manual, this may help you a lot.

what actaully you need? if you need a manual is another issue but if you need your machine to work do this.
1.check the corona wires in corona units if broken replace if not
2.clean the corona units so that they will be free from discharging.

first try to look for the drum if it scratch no matter the distance btn lines
then if the drum is ok. look and adjust the position of the lens to home position.
