You will need to use the aux input from the top of the unit, or from the back of your home dock. If your receiver has a built in or add-on dock for the XM2GO line of radios, you will need to read here: http://www.digitalradiocentral.com/sirius-backstage/stiletto/108379-i-converted-xm2go-dock-stiletto.html
http://parts.pioneerelectronics.com/part.asp?productNum=XMTSE-XMPIH-01 $53.50 retail from pioneer. Any XM2GO dock should work, there are a few home docks on ebay now. You may need to modify it so it can fit your radio, but the pins are all the same.
I have same problem and sure connect did not help. The unit works fine otherwise except will not send a signal to my car radio. I will try removing the battery today & if this does not work I will do t paper clip reset in the battery compartment.
I could not find any service options for my own Tao XM2go unit. The only option appears to be the Delphi MyFi unit which appears to be identical (see page 10 here: http://file.xm411.com/manuals/MyFiUserGuide411.pdf )
I also had the white screen / blank screen problem on my Inno today. I powered the unit off, removed it from the home cradle, and then popped out the battery for about 15 seconds and put it back in. This fixed the problem.
