may be either the colorwheel or the ballast. if you hear the colorwheel spin up (high-pitched whir), replace the ballast. if you don't hear it, replace the colorwheel.
On your Cinego remote, push the setup button (bottom row, second from the right). Using your number keys and their corresponding arrows (7, 0, 9, 5), move to management, and then down to "lamp reset." Push enter (8) and follow the prompts. Always be sure to use Economy Mode (top of the management list) each time you turn on the Cinego to drastically increase your lamp life.
You can see the link below for your Cinego Projector. Since you did not specify the model I did a generic. If you need more specific info for a specific model you can reply via comment.
You have an issue with your bulb... (probably defective). I would suggest you get another one.

Mine does the same thing and I just replaced the bulb after waiting almost 6 months and I purchased one directly from Radio Slack. It will turn on for about 10 seconds and then goes into shut down.....At three hundred dollars I can't see putting another bulb in, when this one has less than 50 hours on it.
had the same problem - replaced the lamp even though it only had 632 hours on it.
seemed to fix the problem - 10 hours and 4 moves later still doing ok
