and i think sos usually means that you can make a help call to the sim card provider

either way to use the phone again the puk and sim will have to be unblocked

Thanks for your question, the call sos message is just to let you know that you can still call the 911 or sos number for your country.

as for your sim being blocked, try another sim card on the phone to confirm that the phone is OK - most likely you have not paid your bills on time, please call the service provider or carrier to find out what the actual problem is.

Theres two possible reasons I can think of:

1. account closed, or similar.

2. you have entered the pin code wrong 3 times, and the sim pin is blocked, and you would need to enter a puk code, or you may have entered the puk code incorrectly too many times and the sim card is now blocked.

in both cases call your service provider for assistance, if its a prepaid card, get another one.

HAVE YOUR IMEI NUMBER READY FROM INSIDE YOUR PHONE AND OTHER DETAILS LIKE YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER PUK NUMBER OR ADIVSE YOU HOW TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

You need to request the PUK number from your mobile operator.

Hi everyone

Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do!
1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.

2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.
