The keypad suddenly becomes unresponsive, so the power on/off button does not work either, so the only option I have is to reset the phone by removing the battery. I have not had the phone for very long, but I think this locking only happens when I have my Bluetooth BlueAnt Z9 headset connected. I have my phone settings set to auto-lock the keypad after 60 seconds, but I don't know if this has anything to do with it?
