Why does my phone keep glitching and freezing when its brand new? how can i fix it

I would try and reboot the computer and see if that solves the issue. If it still keeps on glitching and freezing after you have rebooted your computer It could also be the hard drive having problems or a bad CPU or bad memory or the power supply is starting to go bad or a hardware problem. Or a computer virus you should have your computer be looked at and repaired from a person that fixes computers.

sounds like a software glitch rather than anything else, try a factory reset to clear a possible installation error...but save all your valuable data first

That sound to me as if that set needs to go to the manufacturer for a warranty claim as the set is brand new and can have a manufacturing fault DO NOT INTERFERE WITH ANYTHING AS IT WILL VOID THE WARRANTY CLAIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its just a glitch you can't really fix it. just take out the battery and turn it back on.

I had a simaler problem with my Wii. Solution: save data to SD card (or a card that goes with X-Box 360) and get a new X-Box 360. The thing with my Wii happens in the following cases: When I enter the observatory in Super Mario Galaxy, when I use the elevator to Flipside First Floor in Super Paper Mario, when I go through the living room in Elebits, and when I transform into a wolf in Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. The beep buzz thing happens in Super Mario Galaxy and Twilight Princess, and slows down in Elebits. The game freezes in Super Paper Mario, but the music keeps going. Trie getting a new X-Box 360. I had to go to the Alltel store and apparently my phone had gotten a little wet, somehow. I do not know how though. And because it somehow got wet the warranty was voided and I had to pay $50 (only 50 cause I had insurance) for them to give me a new one.
