Hi,
The sealed bearing that you are referring to is an assembly that is spot welded as a unit to the bottom of the bread pan. The items in this assembly can not be replaced. Yo need a new bread pan. Sorry Hank

Black & Decker B2200 2lb Breadmaker. The Shaft falls out - nylon washer?

Question edited for clarity, add maker.

Most parts are discontinued and I can't find a parts diagram. This article is the most helpful one. It sounds like you need a new paddle so it fits the shaft better, or you have too many nylon washers and the shaft isn't sitting deep enough in the paddle. All my bread is made by hand, no machines and hand kneaded. The dough proves in the oven with just the light on. Breadmaking is fun.

When i put in the baking pan, the kneading blade does not move

If the motor is working and the paddle doesn't move, take the pan out and see if the drive shaft is turning. If not then it's probably a broken belt. If it is then check for a seized shaft in the pan.

Piece that connects to motor and then paddle fell out

Yes, the C-clip holds the shaft for the paddle in place. I think the only relevant replacement part is the entire pan. Expensive!

Paddle axle fell out the bottom on the pan while washing.

I looked through the manual for this unit and you need a more comprehensive parts drawing showing the drive details. They do not have this kind of detail on line, my advice is to contact them directly by phone.

Drive shaft no longer turns kneading blade on model k6725

Hi,
Either the paddle is frozen in the bread pan ( take pan & paddle out of machine and see if you can turn it by hand), or the belt has fallen off or has snapped. (Keep the bread pan out of the machine & run a knead cycle, look through the lid window and see if the motor shaft spins. Hank

The paddle does not rotate

Hey Alex,
It could be 2 things. Take out the bread pan and see if you can spin the paddle by hand. If you can't then the sealed bearing on the bottom of the pan is frozen or failed. Fill the pan with warm water and soak it. If after a few times you still can't turn it, then it's history. New pan is needed. If it does spin freely then keep the pan out of the machine and run a kneading cycle. Look through the lid window to see if the motor shaft is spinning. If not it's probably the belt fell off or has snapped. Hank

The driveshaft falls out of the pan, even with paddle attached

Hi,
The shaft is pressed into a bearing that is molded and stamped in the bottom of the pan. This bearing is sealed and allows the shaft and paddle to spin freely. The rest of the parts on the other end of the shaft interact with the motor on your machine. They do wear out and can not be repaired because the worn parts are not available individually.

Sorry to say there are no repairable parts, so it's time for a new bread pan. I don't know the brand of your machine so you can google or check ebay.

Circular clip holding paddle axle in place

I fixed this by using an "e-clip". You can get e-clips at any autoparts store, or online in assortment kits for cheap money. You have to remove the spring seal and washers inside the pan, you also have to remove the circlip on the bottom of the paddle shaft, you have to install the paddle from the inside once you have the right size e-clip installed.

It's a lot harder to explain than to do, once you get it apart you'll see how things go together. I have no clue what originally used to hold the shaft in, mine made sqealing noise, when I took it apart there was little left of the original part.
