My valve froze up in my front load washer. When it burst, water was everywhere. (Running water flowed through the washer I am sure) However, I have replaced the valve. Now the machine doesnt work. All the lights come on as if its about to work. It says door lock but I can open it. Its like the washer is confused. It will run water for about a sec on any cycle and shut off. It clicks like its going to do something but it doesnt. It will count down doing nothing but then go back to the original start cycle and do nothing. Please help.

This happened Feb 9th. Nothing is still froze. I was told to do that after it happened. So this has already been done. Plus, the heat has been cut up to assure the freezing doesnt happen again. What else can this be. I have already had the valve replaced. It seems like the machine is confused on what to do on the cycles. It is not going through the cycle. It comes on and shuts right back down. It sends out a little water ansd stops. It clicks but and stays on the wash cycle but never does anything. Its says dor lock but it isnt. I was told that since all of the stuff is covered with plastic, it should not have gotten wet. (motor) or any of that stuff. Is that part even true? I really need to get the answer so that I wont sheel out lots of cash for this problem and it still not ends up fixed. They thought it was just the valve but that part is now fixed.
