I have a 4 GB memory card and it won't let me turn it on to load music onto my device. I've tried everything! It keeps saying I have no room on my device! Why did I buy this stupid thing that doesn't work!??

i have a 1GB and it allows me to add one song that's only 38 seconds long. after that it says that the file has to be less than 2.83 mb.
what's up with that?

I did format the card from the blackberry and the desktop manager keeps telling me to insert the card. The phone itself recognizes the card, but the computer does not. i have the same problem ,but it takes forever to format the card and i just wind up giving up on it. format the memory card with a software phone.. Insert the sd card into software phone(eg nokia 6120c, 5800, 5233 etc) Select settings > data mgr > memory > options > format memory card..
Two options--Go to Options > Media Card, set Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected to Yes.Another one go to this site http://forums.pinstack.com/f8/mass_storage_issues_heres_the_fix-96938 and on the first post there is a file "BB storage Activation new.rar" of size 3.63 Mb.Download it,extract it and upload it on your phone and just install. It will definitely solve your problems. Also you need to register there to download that file...just do it no problem.
Just put ur devices in then select the removable media drive which is max in fat system then copy ur files on the adaptor then paste to ur sandisk 2 gb drive
I believe you can fix it by going on the player, then to settings, then to USB mode, and switching it from MTP to MSC. If you're in MSC already and it fails to recognize, then I don't know. :(
