This probems could be the cable or satalitle receiver boxes itself.Might be the tv Tuner signal board itself is the causes,because it have some kind of shorts inside the tv Tuner signal board circuitries itself.Tries to hook up with a another tv with that incomming broadcasting signal cable.If u have no trouble,than it is the tv Tuner signal board.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com.Ebay.com to buy a refurbish tv Tuner signal board for the replacement.

Yes, change the tuner and make sure that all ground are well connected.

Use an other HDMI cable. Still the problem persists, Check the speaker/s. If found OK; check and replace the damaged component/s at its audio output section circuit board. yes go in main menu of tv audio output and use dobly digital out ok not pcm anlog ok

Double check the video connection cable directly out of the SAT reciver and the video cable out from the Pioneer reciver, as there maybe an intermittant connection in them. If you replace them or sub them for known good ones, and you still have this probem, there is a switching IC inside the pioneer that has to be replaced.
