Ur Main Tuner signal board is dead.Replaced that board will fix the problems.Tries Shojimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a refurbish Tuner board.
One of this board u bought is bad.Tries the old main board with the new power supply,see what happen.See if it work,don't.Tries it reverse old power supply new main board.This problems only these two boards is the cause 100% repair this problem before.The main board i replaced to make it work.

First think yu ud do in srarp lc52d64u es deconet the input board from main board and torn it on pressing v+ and ch- at the same time them yu plug in the tv. if the tv comin on them yu replace tne input board if dont' them yu replace the main board this is to identify the board and dont' buy the run part

Ok, I did replace the main board already and had the same problem, ordered a power supply and still have the same problem. Perhaps I am very unlucky and one of the new boards I bought is bad? Again, the symptoms of the tv are as follows: You hit the power button on the tv, you hear a relay click on the power supply, then the power light flashes once and then the power light and opc light flashes together and the process keeps repeating itself. Is there a way to actually test these boards? For the one second the power supply tries to work before the relay clicks it off, dc volts seem to be correct. Even so, the backlight or nothing works. No screen, relay click and blinking lights? Anymore help would be great!
