I have lg neon but every time they send me a picture i recieve it but it only says personal message then it says retrieve to view it i press it it looks like it opening the messahe but then it says unable to retreive so what can i do to view my picture messaging !

hi, i had the same problem... what i did was configured the settings
from multimedia messages but it deepens on what is your provider of you services like me i have it with t-mobile so if you have it wit t-mobile i can give u the right settings for that.... my email is

okay this hapened to me what you do is go to you message menu go to message settings and go to text message then you have to go to message center number make sure the number matches the one given to you in your user manual
i hate my lg neon sooo much its been 2 months and it doesnt work and it fell apart and i havnt told anyone i had to snap it to gether but it is so fragille and wobballly
Hi.. seems to me that you have not recieved the settings for GPRS and MMS. please check with your provider to send you the settings.. once you recieve them activate them.
Are you the account holder? It's possible whoever set up the account blocked picture messages from being sent. If you log in to your account, you can change these features, or if you aren't the account holder, talk to that person. Picture messages cost more than regular text messages.
