The machine has two pumps - one for each boiler. Did the Franke man check both pumps were working. If the main boiler pump has failed, the machine will know that the rinse hasn't occurred and won't go any further.

I have an issue with my franke, saphira

i have a friend in Provost, I think that is close to Lloydminster? In fact it is an hour and a half away. I had a Franke Flair at an airport lounge I worked at, so service is certainly available on Canada. Here are the contact details for Franke. They will tell you the closest service agent.

No milk and steam dispensing from Franke Flair coffee machine

I am a Franke technician. After and possibly during the descale, because probably you haven'nt done it in a long time, steam was able to escape through the fittings as the limescale damaged the silicone rings beforehand. The steam damaged the klixxons or the thermoblock itself. You will need one of us unfortunately....

I've got a Franke Saphira no steam & no hot water ? It was steaming very slowly then heared a pop as if I pipe had burst ?.

the outlet was probably blocked by old milk. inside the metal tube there is a flexible hose. that is either broke or it came loose on the electrical valve.

I get the message "Rinse unit" I do so and the machine rinses in a normal way. Instead of "Select product" the "Rinse unit" appears again. I can not continue from here. Any ideas?

you might escape this fix without using specially tools or screwdrivers. you are receiving this message because the rinse head sensor isn't working properly.
during the machine movement the rinse head down sensor was not triggered.
1. check the gap between the top of the rinse nozzle & the bottom of the pipette. measurements should be around 1.5 to 2mm
2. you might have to invite the newelectronx 102 to the party and check the sensor. if necessary open the machine with the correct screwdrivers and adjust the sensor. this should get you through the rinse cycle.

DESCALING The Saphira has an integrated descaling program. The procedure takes about 60 minutes. Once started, the descaling procedure may not be stopped. • When acid-containing descalers are used, immediately remove any splashes or drops on sensitive surfaces, particularly from natural stone and wood surfaces. Also, take the appropriate safety precautions. • Turn off the Saphira by pressing the "ON/OFF" button. • Press the button "Descale" until an acoustic signal is heard. • Display: EMPTY DRIP TRAY (Fig.1) • Display: INSERT AGENT IN TANK • Display: PRESS DECALCIFYING Dissolve 2 DESCALING tablets completely in 2.5 cups of water in a vessel and pour the mixture into the empty water tank. Place a sufficiently large container under the steam tube and the coffee delivery outlet. • Press the Descale button • Display: UNIT DECALCIFYING • Display: PLEASE WAIT • An acoustic signal is heard. • Display: EMPTY DRIP TRAY (Fig.1) • Display: FILL WATER TANK • Display: PRESS DECALCIFYING • Press the Descale button • Display: UNIT DECALCIFYING • Display: PLEASE WAIT • An acoustic signal is heard. • Display: EMPTY DRIP TRAY • Display: CLEAN CONTACTS
