Yes, I have the same problem. Changed ink. Rebooted the computer. Turned printer off and unplugged it. Changed settings in Word 3. Nothing worked.

This is a common problem with Epsons. With Epsons, they have a printhead that lasts for the entire life of the printer. These problems usually occur when you change cartridges and put fresh ones in and it does that charge. There is a long tube that goes down to a big pad that all waste ink drains into. Eventually, the ink hardens and builds up, plugging the tube. The worst thing you can do is clean the heads. My advice is to buy new, or have a repairman clean the heads with hot chemicals.

If your going to buy new you might aswell try cleaning them yourself first!

Hello my Epson Stylus CX6600 is printing out blank pages, ran nozzle check and Head cleaning, also head allignment, still print blank pages, need help please

if the printers been sitting for some time, the printhead has dried up "not good" printheads generally retail around $100, you can try soaking the bottom of the printhead in metho which may fix some colors but you would be pretty lucky to get all them to work.

Epson stylus c66 is new but in printing paper comes out blank

Normal 0 Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
Hope this helps. Bud

CX6600 Epson - prints blank pages

If the Nozzle Check Pattern page prints correctly and completely, the problem may lie within your software settings, the interface cable, or your computer.

To remove and install only the Printer Driver for your CX6600, please perform the following steps:

Driver Removal

1. Go to START then SETTINGS and click on CONTROL PANEL ( START and CONTROL PANEL in Win XP) and double-click ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS.
2. To remove the printer portion select EPSON PRINTER SOFTWARE and click on REMOVE. Ensure the correct printer model is selected on the uninstall utility.
3. Click OK and follow the prompts. If asked to confirm removal of any personal settings or shared files, click YES or OK.
4. Once the components are removed, power off your unit and disconnect the USB cable.

Installation

1. Go to http://support.epson.com
2. Under Welcome to Epson Support click on ALL-IN-ONES and select FLATBED and then your Stylus model name. Under the Drivers & Downloads section select WINDOWS.
3. Download the most current driver for your printer and operating system.
4. Follow prompts through survey and license agreement and downloading will begin. When prompted, choose to SAVE this file; SAVE it to your desktop so it is easy to find.
5. Once download is complete, close your internet browser. To install simply double-click the file you downloaded and follow the prompts.
6. Do not reconnect the unit until the point in the printer driver installation where you are prompted to check that the unit is on and connected to the computer. Installation should complete automatically.

Cx6600 printer problem

if you left your printer for two weeks or more without using, the print heads may be stuffiness. In this case (aparently yours cases) you must take your printer to a authorized service, they will can clean (with a proper fluid) or replace the ink heads, if cleaning is not possible.

Printer throwing out blank pages....

Assuming have tried the obvious stuff like deleting the printer and reinstalling with the newest driver from Epsons web site and that you have checked all your software settings are correct - then;

This could one of a couple things. The first and easiest to look at is your USB cable. Change it and try printing again. If the symptoms remain then it is most likely to be the main board. This is not something the home user can easily rectify as if a main board is changed you MUST input the head ID into the new board so the correct voltage is selected for the head. The head iD includes a voltage ID. A fraction of a volt off and the new board will kill the head and then self destruct. Spectacular to watch but dreadfully expensive entertainment!

If the main is suspect call a qualified engineer to take a look.
