Got this w700i but there seems to be a problem with it. It seems to be barred ,tried master reset 0000,000000,00000000 and others but will not work,anyone have any answers

If by chance it does work on windows 8.1 rigt click on it, go to compatibility mode, tick on windows 7, press apply & open again, it will work.

you need to Master reset your phone. you can found it in Setting,go to bottom and you will see Reset All or Master Reset. Chose it.and input 1234 or 0000 (if you not change it) if you asked for a security code.
its quite difficult to fomat your phone becuase for formating you needsoftware tool box and lots of software files and drivers. But you can do one thing turn on your phone and go to setting and last option master reset.your phone will restart. befoe doingthis creat back up for your data.
If you have forgottan the code you will need to get the phone flashed this will reset the code back to the defult of 0000 this is the quickist solution
1 Go to Settings 2 Then go to the General
tab. 3 Then Master Reset. 4 Select either Reset settings or Reset all.
5 Enter "yes". You will be prompted for the phone unlock code. The
default code is 0000
