The lpg either cylinder or gas tank must have a pressure reducing valve which sets the gas pressure to that required by the boiler.
After that valve the piping is the same as for any gas boiler.Where the pipe goes through the wall floor of similar - make sure the pipe has a sheath to protect it from gouges and or wet

The regs - Not sure about the USA but here in UK we have comply. different regs for tank or cylinder
The lpg supplier is a good source of info

We have lost hot water pressure on aqua star tankless water heater...Thoughts?

Without having gauges on the input and output side, it is hard to say, check for screens on the in and out connections.

Bosch Aqua-star tankless water heater had water on gas valve, dried gas valve, I have a spark but will not light

Water in the gas valve is DANGEROUS! The major question is did the water come from a leaking heat exchanger or the product of combustion? If it is from the heat exchanger it may be covered under the warranty (if the installation is proper). If it is from condensate in the flue pipe, it is from an improper installation. If you go to bosch-climate.us you can find a service provider in your area. I service a very large part of NY, some of NJ (Northern) and all of CT.

White calcium deposits in faucets

Sounds like scale build up in your hot water heater. Aqua-Pure makes a nice scale inhib thats installed on your cold water supply to your hot water heater. Parts and all is about $150.00. Add labor and your set unless you can solder then its a DIY. Homedepot sells the filtration device by Aqua-Pure.

Is there alot of problems with bosch aquastar 2400

Bosch has had problems with these heaters for sure. They are the best known thing out there in the market. They are mostly responsible for the bad rap being given to all tankless heaters, but a big part of the problem is installation. They are being sold to homeowners at box stores as DIY kits. These are not units to be homeowner installed, venting and fuel requirements are different from regular heaters and they will not function correctly if improperly installed. I have installed several of the Rannai units over the past few years without any issue whatsoever.

you should have no more then 75lbs of water pressure going thru the unit and min of 60lbs these are the pressures they are designed to work under, you may have to add a regulator to the system
