If you have a bluetooth button at the front it doesnt mean its inbuilt, most Acer laptops don't have it although the button is there.
assuming you have set up the bluetooth correctly
Your model does list it has inbuilt but, if it is the light should flicker, you should also check the latest driver http://support.acer-euro.com/drivers/notebook/as_5100.html
You have to go through the Control Panel, double click the mouse icon and find the settings for what is actually called a Glide Pad and change any values from there.
for touchpad, try to remove the battery.
for 4way scroll pad, try to re-install drivers, you can download the driver from acerpanam. they call it, synaptic pointing driver.
Double click the icon in the toolbar. Click the device settings tab and then hit setting. select buttons in the list on the left side. Hit the plus sign(maximize) and select scroll up button action....scroll down button action...Etc. For each action select what you want it to do and just hit apply and move to the next. Once you have selected the action for scroll up, down , left, and right hit apply again just to be sure and try it. It should work. I just did it on my 5630 but Im assuming it works the same.
the rest of the keyboard is fine, thanks for trying
