Question about Car Audio & Video
If you push the eject cd magazine button on the changer does it sound like it's trying to eject it? if it doesn't you'll need to replace the changer. if it does, then you've got a stuck cd magazine tray. it sounds weird, but when i was working on land rovers this happened all the time on the full size range rovers. what we did was push the magazine eject button on the changer to eject the cd magazine and sort of slap the changer around a bit. 90% of the time it worked. the other times, we'd go in with a 90 degree pick and try to push the stuck cd tray back into the magazine (while it was still in the changer) while pushing the eject magazine button on the changer. and you'll need to replace the cd magazine. if it happens again, you'll need to replace the entire changer.
