Delete your account from control panel - Email accounts and try re adding your profile. That should fix the issue.Also you can get the online remote help from TheBestPcDoctor.I got great help from them and now I am a computer savvy person.You can contact them @

If you look arond on this web page there is a free download of the Wing Manual. I didn't do the download myself just so you know. Maybe it's was you are looking for. LY

it should work, but you can contact t-mobile and have this unlocked. the code should be different for every device and it is free to contact your provider if you have been with the company for more then 90 days.....you will have to first have a NON T-Mobile sim card to put in the phone.....att will work fine or any other wireless provider.

You don't have to contact T-Mobile for unlocked code since you are no longer their customer but yo canbuy an unlocked code on Ebay.com by register with Ebay as a new user, choose option Cell phones & PDAs from Categories and then scroll down to look for Unlocking Kits and Codes and then type your phone model, it will show you a bunch of unlocking code for sale. Hi there mate
thanks for your post by the sounds of that mate you need to get in contact with the person you bought it off as it has a sim lock so when the person that owned it had the phone locked to that sim card its just an antitheft unit technology these days so you need the original owner to give you the simcard lock they had put on there sim card for antitheft purposes but you might be able to flash the phone (reset) to factory settings to wipe it if you cant get into contact with that person hope this helps
