    mAYBE THE WIRINGS HAVE PROBLEM OR MAYBE YOUR CHARGER BURN..GO ONLINE WWW.FUNCREATION.NET TYPE IN MINI RACER, RED IN THE SEARCH BOX AND SEARCH PARTS FROM THERE OR CLICK ON THE OWNERS MANUAL TO GET MORE INFORMATION.

Why does the charger get hot?
It will do so when working hard. This will happen when the battery is fully charged, or when it is dying and cannot take a good charge. Ni-Cads do this after a while. In both cases it is because the battery has a high resistance to further current passing through it.

If it's the first time to charge it then it needs to be 24hrs but if it's already been charged before and you need to recharge it then make it 14-15hrs.

Kazuma battery will not hold a charge
This is a common problem with chinese atvs. I installed a toggle switch on the positive wire from the battery. When my daughter is finished riding, I simply flip the switch and all power to the bike is killed, preserving the battery.
