Hi, I've got Acer Aspire 4710,and when i saart the crystal eye webcam it says the webcam has stop working..please help me out in this...........sometimes it says it is still working but actually its not.............

Apparently Acer utilities are not compatible with Vista.Many people have same problem and cams were working but stopped probably due to Vista update. Nobody has an answer and neither Acer or Microsoft appear to give a damn!

You need to redownload the drivers for your crystal eye web cam. Go to this link:http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/drivers When you get there, select "Notebook"...then select "Aspire". Then scroll down and select Aspire 4710 Then where you see "Operating System", select your operating system (ex: XP, Vista, or Windows 7). It will then show all the drivers for your operating system...scroll down until you see the camera driver software and then download and reinstall it. Hopefully this will help...good luck.
