    Do you have the Restoration CD Disk for your computer? (Also referred to as Restore Disk, and also System Restore, to name a couple) Can you access Windows, and have you tried going back as far as you can, in System Restore?

Driver for LG GP10NB20
Click start control panel administrative tools computer management device manager scroll down cd dvd rom drives if you see a yellow question/exclamation mark or a red X right click to update driver

You might have to physically unplug the leads for this cd / dvd drive restart your computer then plug them back in this should activate the found new hardware wizard

If your computer came with a motherboard disk the drivers could be on it



Rather doing a driver hunt which can take hours

Infected with virus, how to remove
Thank you for using FixYa

The best way to remove virus from your computer is to restart and load windows in safe mode

Restart PC, press the F8 key and select safe mode

login to the computer and run an anti virus on the computer system

restart and check if it has been resolved


Another option could be a system restore

Start > pograms > accesories > system tools > system restore

restore to a date where the computer was working properly

How to get virus from my pc
Run malwarebytes and avg free ,bothare free at same time !!! If stubborn ,go into safe mode,get new user name,go in as new user and run both from there at same time!!! Later u can delete new user. Also make sure u have more tahan ! browser on your desktop at all times !!!!!

I keep getting my computer locked up and the message I am getting is: Norton Antiviris is performing a background task: Full system scan in progress! But it locks my computer up for hours?
scan your computer with malwarebytes, then restart and scan with spybot search and destroy.

SPEAKING WITH MY EXPERIENCE: Either try Security Essentials from Microsoft OR Avast. There’s free software out there to try.

Download Spybot Search & Destroy. Restart computer, then run Spybot to see what spyware comes up, AND DELET IT.

1. try scan all you HDD by anti virus with many type free edition anti virus may be you pc effect by virus.

2. can you remember last time you do what like install any special program try uninstall this program the restart pc see will be ok???

3.if solution 1.virus is too effected you os better format,if after scan no anything virus found i think is you OS got problem better you do format & reinstall you OS AGAIN
