I use WINDOWS XP SP 2...mainboard MSI N1996,

I use WINDOWS XP SP 2...motherboard MSI N1996, PM8M-VH MS-7104 Ver.3,i was download the mainboard driver from MSI official Site..but every time i try to instal the VGA driver ( VIA/S3 KM400_73, the setup was stoped and show dialog box " SETUP WA UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE INSTALATION. CHECK THE PROGRESS LOG IN YOUR WINDOWS DIRECTORI FOR MORE DETAILS"...please help me to solve the problems

It is fault in Ur Windows firstly repair Ur windows then install driver but recommended restore backup must.

Hello download the drivers here:

http://www.msi.com/product/mb/PM8M-V.html#/?div=Driver&os=All

Please select your windows system.
Download all the files, and save them in a folder.
The files needs to be unziped, before you install.

Install the chipset driver first, before installing the other drivers and reboot.

If the mainboard model is wrong, select another here:

http://www.msi.com/service/download/

By entering the ms xxxx number, from the mainboard.
