This is what worked for my Miele. I used the "self clean" function after couple of years of use and once it was done, the panel showed "Error F" without a specific number. The sales guy where I purchased the oven from, suggested that I turn the breaker off for 30min for a complete reset. Did not work. Based on a friend's suggestion, I initiated the "self clean" again and canceled within a minute. And the door was unlocked !!! A safe try, before calling for the service.

Buy a new oven. I can suggest a hammer to break it off you'd like...https://google.com/hammer

I think the outer glass is just glass (where I HAVE found them... they WERE cheaper than the INNER GLASS)...

Your model number resolved to the UK... being here in the USA
I am pretty confident the differences ARE NOT insignificant...
All I'm seeing from here is inner door glass starting at £60...

I looked up OUR version of a Miele Double oven...
they are really quite NICE.

The inside glass is the critical one... Failing to find an "outer glass" Your LOCAL Parts/Spares retailers might be willing to suggest LOCAL GLASS shops.

(I'm just suggesting... never tried).

But also confident if you have a screw driver... you can do this!

You should be able to locate a good part at a reasonable price... &

You should be well on your way...

I don't believe this model has a clock feature - just cooking timer. I checked through the operation manual and did not find any indication of a clock function. The manual is available here:

A dedicated circuit is recommended. 208-240V 20A L1 L2 & Ground, Neutral not required.

F1 code is a defective electronic control(clock). There is no reset or quick fix. The EOC must be replaced.
