Sir please connect your device to your computer and see if any indication is shown on the display of your mp3 player
if yes then open my computer and a new device will appear under the removable devices...please open it and if there is a folder named mp3 to music then also open it and copy paste all music you want

If not then please make sure in the settings of the device that USB is set to MASS STORAGE MODE

I have the player for my brother for christmas and had to pre-load it for him.
You have to download a program called AMV video converter.
This particular mp4 player only uses .amv movie files.
Some use .amv and .mtv but this one uses .amv and you can convert almost any movie file .mpg, .mpeg, .avi, ect... into .amv
Then just drag and drop it and play!.
Make sure you check all settings and make the video conversion big enough to see on the player.

Use this program. Make sure you have the updated codecs on your computer, and convert AVI files to AMV, then move them to anywhere on your player. I use a movie folder, and rename them to the movie I want. A full 1.5 hour movie will take about 200-300 mb of space.

Movie or video files on the Delstar DS802 need to be in the AMV format.

Tech support recommend that I use a 4.0 or 4.03 version (Note that the MP3 Player Utilities 5.09 did not convert correctly for me)

However, as noted above, the MP3 Player Utilities 4.07 came on the install CD. It worked for me. Convert the file, drag and drop the converted file to the DS802, unplug the USB, select Movie, click initialize button on the side and play!
