Tot rider 2 replacement seat needed, where can i get one

maybe need to put a full kit through carb. and replace few worn parts ie. float needle and seat. throttle needle and seat etc

Take off pillion seat (with key) then you will see 2 x 8mm bolts under the rear of the front seat, these are holding the seat down with plates,remove, slide seat towards the back of the bike and the seat comes off.

You will need to remove the riders seat to complete this task, the seat is secured by 2 x 5mm alun key bolts, one in each corner of the seat, gently lift up corners and undo the seat, once removed the footrest brackets can be replaced

There is a safety switch in the seat that shuts the mower off if there is no rider. The mower stays running when the rider gets up ONLY if the brake is set. The switch under your seat is broken and cannot sense that a rider is on the seat. Therefore, the engine can only run when the brake is set. Depending on the mower, the two wires need to be connected (or disconnected) when a rider is in place. I do't know what mode your mower needs but it shouldn't take long for you to figure it out.. The safest thing is to confirm the seat switch is the issue then change the seat if replacements are available. Good luck Please rate me Mark

Lift the rear of the passenger seat's cushion to find the screw that secures the seat to the rear fender. Use a 5-mm Allen wrench to remove the screw.

Lift the rear of the passenger seat slightly and pull it away from the rider's seat.

Use the 5-mm Allen wrench to remove the screws from the rear of the rider's seat.

Lift the rear of the rider's seat upward slightly. Pull the seat back until the tabs on the front of the seat separate from the motorcycle's frame.

Fuel tank cap
To remove the fuel tank cap
1. Push the levers on the left and
right side of the rider seat backrest
as shown and slide the rider seat
backrest forward.
2. Insert the key into the lock, and
then turn it 1/4 turn clockwise. The
lock will be released and the fuel
tank cap can be opened
To install the fuel tank cap
1. Insert the fuel tank cap into the
tank opening with the key inserted
in the lock.
2. Turn the key counterclockwise,
and then remove it.
3. Slide the rider seat backrest rearward
and push it down.
NOTE: @
The fuel tank cap cannot be installed
unless the key is in the lock. In addition,
the key cannot be removed if the cap is
not properly installed and locked

To install the rider seat
1. Insert the projection on the front of
the rider seat into the seat holder
as shown.
2. Place the rider seat in the original
position, and then tighten the bolts
and screws.

Make sure that the seat is properly secured
before riding.

3. Return the rider seat backrest to
the original position

There is a bolt at the back of the passenger seat, you remove it and slide the seat to the rear This will expose the bolts at the rear of the rider's seat, remove them and slide the rider's seat back. There's your battery.

Take off the pillion seat and then release rider seat with the black lever by pushing it across. The rider seat may need a little wiggle to get off.
