If you have bought a new battery and charger , and it still will not hold a charge. you might have bought a bad battery or charger , also the fan dosent allways run so the fan going off is not a sign of a dead battery. depress the trigger or safety and the fan should start up again

Paslode 350i first fix nail gun. Charge both batteries (1 is brand new). Put battery into gun and fire. Im lucky to get one nail from it before gun shows up red.

Sounds like either the battery is bad, or since one is new its possible the contacts in the gun are not making proper contact. Are you sure your charger is working as well ? If you have a volt meter check that the battery does have a charge on it.

Paslode impulse framing nailer , iv cleaned gun and oiled , the fan works etc . seems to only fire if i have fully charged battery ,once used for about five minutes it stops firing . only way to get it...

When it stops firing is the little light on the side of the handle green or red? If it is red then the battery is draining down too quickly. Either the fan switch has malfunctioned causing the fan to run all the time (I have seen this before) or you got either a faulty battery or charger.

My paslode wont shoot i cleaned the gun recently and oiled also the light is green and i compress the tip to shoot and it wont but the fan still comes on to vent the gas i also put a brand new gas in

strip it down again and put the battery in and whilst holding the nipple down pull the trigger (just mind your fingers as the fan will start) and as you squeeze the trigger see if sparks each time

Paslode nail gun 325 black not firing

Any time these guns become intermittent or stop firing but the fan still runs, the first the to check is the expiration date on the gas cartridges. The do expire and this will make the gun work inconsistently or not at all.

IM250 Paslode straight brad nailer, fan wont shut off

My paselode was doing the same thing, and I followed all of the cleaning instructions, but the problem continued.

If it was left alone for a minute, it would fire again, so I removed the cover over the trigger assy, and checked the spark plug wire connection. The trigger came out, and during reassembly, I noticed that the electrical switch was hanging, and slowly pushing back out.

I cleaned and lightly spray/oiled the switch pin, and voila.........works like a charm.

Fan not working

If the battery is flashing red, the battery is not charged or on a minimal charge.
Have you attempted to recharge it and does it still give you this symptom?

I had acquired this paslode from my father..finally got a charger for it and new fuel cells. the problem is after i put everything where it needs to be the fan does not start and no nails get fired....any...

Make sure that the battery is pushed in all the way in. Sometimes the battery will not make contact and the fan will not turn on. I have had to put a piece of tape over the battery to make it work. Or see if you can bend out the connectors in the gun.
