google -- user manual for ( make and model of stove ) and download the pdf version
failing that go to places like Jaycar and buy an infrared thermometer
you aim this unit at where you want to read the temperature and it reads it
so aim it at the oven glass and you have the temp
or aim it at a hot plate and you have the temp

Were you able to find a replacement part? I have the same problem, and am having difficulty finding a replacement.

Resolved, I took the fan cover off and the round elementjust fell apart, so I'll get a new element and all should be OK.

"PF" indicates the electronic control detected a Power Failure.
This could have been caused a brief power outage OR may be an indication that the connections to the oven, either at the stove or at the plug are loose.

You need the full model # off the range not the owners manual
