I cant get sound from TX 604 - Onkyo TX-SR604 Receiver

What sound from what source? Is the TV the source of the sound ? If so, why? The best TV-related sound would be had from the cable, dvd, bd or whatever else it is showing. Your TV could be the reason you cab't hear it.

What still works? FM? CD? Have you cracked the manual to see what it recommends? How about running through the basic speaker setup again to see how that works out.

the problem was the bluetooth headset was already registered with a mobile phone ,first format your bluetooth headset by long pressing + button and power button or long pressing the poer button

There are several ways to do this. Here are the two most common.

The best results will be provided by connecting the component cables directly to your TV, including the audio cables of course, and then connect a separate pair of cables from the TV "audio variable out" to the audio in on the receiver.

However, if you do not have that option then connect via component to your 604 to inputs on the panel labeled "component video in." Then, connect from the monitor out section of the 604 via component to your splitter, cable box etc.
But again...the BEST option is to connect directly to the television as that method provides the least amount of signal loss and you only need one additional set of cables for audio to connect from the TV to the receiver instead of an additional set of component cables which are often more costly.

Have you tried to reset your router? If not, do so. It will reset everything to factory default.

To reset, look for a hole near the ports, where it says RESET. Use a pointed object such as a paper clip.

Set your computer's IP address to be 192.168.0.10 then try again.

Your router is obviously a revison Fx.

Says it's for revision Fx and has a higher release number than the UK version.

Make sure that the zone 2 audio source is not digital

it needs the corect softwear puting on it it cant sync over wise because it cant format the files it is trying to reseve

It's sounds faulty, take it back to get repaired.
