Warm sides are usually caused by the condenser fan which is underneath around back not running. If it's not running when the compressor runs it will cause the problem you describe. You will need to remove the cardboard backing on the back of the fridge to access the fan.

The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper) between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through it. Make sure this fan is running. You may have to hold the door switch in for it to run. There is a flap you adjust with the fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge temp.
The problem could be the electronic control if you have one or the mechanical linkages.

When it was moved, was it laid down? If it was it should be stood upright for 24 hours before being plugged back in.

I have a dometic rv fridge, the freezer works not the fridge

you have to send the brand name and model number so i can help you.all that happens is the evapcoil in the freezer gets cold, the evap fan motor blows cold air from the freezer into the fridge side, depending on your model you could have a bad damper, this is a door that is in the fridge section,it opens and closes letting the air come in,try this, open the freezer door,if you don't hear the fan blowing you could have a bad fan motor, also touch your hand on the back inside wall of the freezer,if you have frost or like ice on the back wall you have a defrost problem, ice is biulding up on the coil and the fan can't blow the air over to the other side..if you need more help,do these tests and send the model number off of the machine and brand name, side by side or freezer on bottom, open the fridge door, look up on right hand side wall near ceiling or on ceiling, freezer on top look on left side in fridge section.

Can you feel air moving or hear the fan running in the freezer section? You said the freezer section is freezing well, but is it freezing really hard?

The freezer part is working good but the cooler side cools but not enough

the damper vent door between the freezer and fridge section isnt opening up to let cold air in from the freezer side to cool the fridge side, its behind a plastic grille near the top between the 2 compartments, there is also an evaporator fan near this and it also needs to be operating to move the cool air

Our refrigerator is not cooling at all. The freezer is working fine, but no cool air is getting to the refrigerator section. A couple of weeks ago, this problem happened after the freezer had started...

Some fridges only cool the freezer and an evaporator fan motor moves cool air from the freezer to the fridge side. If this fan doesn't spin very freely then it may need to be replaced. You should also pull out the fridge and see where the drain hose is connected to the inside of the fridge, try pouring hot water down the hose to see if it is open. It may be clogged with a pea or some food or frozen. If your fridge is really full, make sure there is nothing in front of where the evaporator fan blows air into the fridge. Make sure that the adjuster flap is open in the fridge section.

How do you turn off freezer, refrig. is a side by side with a lower freezer that pulls out. Recently moved and freezer door broke and need to use just the refrig.

I don't believe you can turn off the frezzer section because most if not all frezzer/fridge units use the frezzer section to cool the fridge side!!!! that's just how they are designed.

Suspected broken fan prevents top fridge section cooling down

Very good diagnosis and conclusion. That price for the motor is about right. I think you will not have any truble with the ciculation after you install the motor.

Zanussi ZFC 45/30 SS is hot at front between the doors..

This is normal. This is a defroster to keep moisture from condensation from freezing the doors shut.

Fridge freezer over heating and is not cooling fridge section

It is normal for the middle strip to be hot. Did you check the temp setting in the fridge section?
Also - you might check for blockage in the bottom. Excessive dirt/dog hair can block the air flow.
Good luck

Freezer works but fridge remains warm.

The same fan that circulates air in the freezer also blows air in to the fridge. If you open the freezer door and hold the door switch closed you should hear the fan running. If not you have a failed motor or motor control. Look at the back wall of the freezer section and see if there is a heavy frost build up. If so. you have a defrost system problem. Please post back with what you find and with the complete model number and I will try to walk you through the steps of checking everything.
Thanks/Mike
