The problem sounds like your new sub is drawing to much power and your amp can not handle it. bridging the amp is a good way to get the full power out of your amp. But it isnt always suggested, my solution is to get a bigger amp. I install stereo systems for a living, and i tell my customers that it is smart to get an amp about 100 more watts then the rms rating of your subwoofer.

I have a kenwood kac-9152d amplifer and it works just fine for about 10 minutes then just shuts off and subs dont work, about 30 seconds later my amp turns back on with the subs.

make sure it's well ventilated. If there's no air flow, then there is no way of cooling down and to protect itself it will shut off. Make sure the speakers are wired correctly as per amp specs. too many subs or subs connected improperly can draw too much current and shut the amp off, but you will notice this when you turn up the volume to a certain point and the amp shuts down.

Just installed the sub it work for 10 sec then quit checked the amp and its working with a old sub do the subs freeze or something

The amp needs to "see" a load and if the new sub is incorrect the the amp will sense improper amps and will shut down, a protective circuit. Load the amp with the correct speaker....

KAC-7201 no sound from subs.amp is on.

It sounds like your amp is overheating.
Check to see if its location is well vented, in the past, I have had to install ports/ vents and sometimes fans, when an amp could not be relocated.
Good luck...

Need help

It should be better to use the Pioneer GM-7200M Amp with your subs.

For 8 ohm setup hook up this way:
Amp out+ to Sub1 +
Sub1 - to Sub 2 +
Amp out - to Sub2 -

For 2 ohm setup hook up this way:
Amp + to Sub1 +
Sub1 + to Sub2 +
Amp - to Sub1 -
Sub1 - to Sub2 -
