My ricoh 3235c copier had image problem, one inch wide streak down the page, so I chaged the developer unit and now it says no toner just replaced the toner too, what now? please help. thank you.

With out seeing copy here is my thought either bad drum if it is streaks down copy or laser unit for yellow is out of alignment . In user tools there is a maintance tab go into it and do color alignment if it fails then could be transfer unit or laser unit for yellow will need to have a copier tech come out to fix it.

firstly you need to remove the developer and vacume the developer unit and magnetic developer roller.
Put in new developer and correct toner in toner unit.
Call service...
After replacement there is a sequence wich needs to be done, for developer initialization.

I believe what you are referring to is the drum inside the toner cartridge. The drums are usually very strong colors, blue or green and if it is streaking then the drum cleaning blade has failed on the inside and you need to replace the cartridge.

The is blocked by dust on the side of the paper on the image unit that would have color associated with the print. Remove all the image units and clean all the laser glass. Replace those image units also if streaking as for the paper ensure correct paper side and media type.

you need to replace the K pcu and if the unit has 60K prints all of the consumables need replacing CMYK drums CMYK Developers and the imaging transfer belt and fuser unit
