Sansa E250 how do I put songs onto the mp3

Go to My Computer and then look for the Sansa 250 icon there. If it doesn't show up, unplug the USB cord and plug it in again. Once you have the icon visible in My Computer, click on it twice and open it up. To load content, go to wherever you have MP3 files or whatever and use Windows Explorer to copy the content from your computer to the Sansa. You can also manage it through Real Player or other MP3 players (Media Monkey).

USB Malfunction

oh God. I have the same problem. but my grandparents got it for me, so i can't find the courage to throw it away. too much sentimental value. see, i put Rockbox on it. it was working fine for a while. this sucks. the good thing - you can copy/cut/paste/delete/move....etc. with Rockbox. so i just put the music on the microSD through the computer, then put it into the player and cut/paste.

Whats wrong???

Generally you must sync all your songs using windows media player 10 or 11. Or else there will be problems.

Computer does not show MP3 player as connected and how to stop a song playing

If you installed the firmware update, you might have forgotten to change the device to MSC mode.. try going to settings>USB mode>MSC This should probably work.. to stop a song while its playing, click the |<< button while you have the screen with the current song. (you can pause a song on this same screen with the >|| button) If you have gone back to any of the menu screens, wait for a couple seconds and the player will automatically go back tot he song display screen so you can stop the song.
