Dell Mini 10 problem connecting wirelessly

I have a Dell Mini 10 with a 1397 WLAN Mini-Card that I purchased in late November. I was able to connect wirelessly for about 2 weeks and then suddenly it just stopped working. It will pick up the networks but not connect.I turned off the Dell Wireless Utility and turned on the WZC to manage the wireless networks. Nothing has worked. I have spent hours on the phone with the Dell tech support and finally just restored it to the factory settings. Same problem again. It just won't connect to any wireless network. Anyone else have this problem with the Dell Mini 10? Or any ideas how to fix it?

My wireless on my Dell Inspiron Mini 10 has never

Your Dell may not have the wireless card driver installed.
Install the latest wireless driver.
You can download the drivers from Dell WEB site, the support download page. Make sure you select your model desktop or laptop, better still, type in the Service Tag number, it is printed on the label on the bottom of the laptop and on the back or sides of a desktop. (If the Service Tag label is missing then go into the BIOS setting and on one of the BIOS pages, the Service Tag number will be displayed). This will open the page where the specific drivers for your model computer are located. Also make sure you select the Windows XP or Vista version of the drivers for your Windows operating system. Click on this link to download the drivers: -
