When i am converting the same file size is very large how can i reduce the file size
Hey friend, try to use free software called handbrake.
I generally like to use an mp4 / h264 or h265 setting, and to really push the file sizes down go to 1080p or (gasp!!) 720p resolutions.
1080p you can generally get away with about 8-10mbps for streaming online (3-4gb per hour), and 720p you can push in the 5-6mbps range and still have it look good (2-3gb per hour).
You can also use constant quality, and RF of 18 is generally good for low losses, with rf20-22 for acceptable streaming quality and smaller files. Depending on your video, this could be larger or smaller than constant bit rate, but it retains a certain minimum level of visual quality.
Note that this compression will absolutely lose quality, but will likely be visually acceptable for distribution. Netflix for example distributes at around 6mbps for 1080p streams and people happily watch it.
For detailed guide, you can check this post. Hope it helps.
