Runs with hotspot; could be microwave approved glass/ or heavy plastic, but food "cold" but burn tongue on "hotspot". Food can be as cold as taken-out-of-frig.; still "hotspot." Been watching "recalls" for this model#; know of recall? (Had prior Panasonic, not inverter; ran for years, zero prob.s. Thanks

Mine did this once and it was the magnetron. Once replaced, it worked fine. Repair is an option if it is still under warranty or someone will do it on the cheap. Otherwise, just get a new microwave, since this is the main part.

go to this website
http://www.pstc.panasonic.com/Epartr/PartsListChoice.asp
you can either search by model: enter NN-T664SF and click the part number box, then find the tray listed under accessories. OR
you can search by part number from that same link. Enter F06014T01AP and click retrieve part info. Once you add this to your shopping basket you will see two items listed, as the original model has been replaced by another model. Click verify availability... and the shopping basket will adjust and only show one item in the cart, which will reflect the replacement model item. Finalize your purchase from there by entering your personal info. Good luck!
