XBOX 360 CONTROLER PROBLEM

Can I use my Xbox 360 controllers or accessories with Xbox One (or vice versa)?
No. Controllers and accessories that work with Xbox 360 won't work with Xbox One (or vice versa).

the sodder is touching other things it happends commonly with modded controlers and it might break after a wail (mine did same thing then in 1 week it broke so gl )

try coming out of live and signing back in if doesnt work complain to microsoft

Right, lay your Xbox360 down dont keep it upright, try installing COD4 to your hard drive then once installed go into you game library and click on cod4 and click play from hard drive ( and if you dont know how to install games to the hard drive make sure your xbox isnt on automatic start when a disc is inserted and put the disc in and when it says play cod4 press Y and then click install to hard drive) hope this helped....

Its probably just really bad connection, it depends what router you have.

"A temporary solution" If u got the new xbox experience and enough HDD space, install game to HDD and then play from HDD. You'll probably have to send back to Microsoft eventually. Though make sure its only COD4 thats giving trouble, buy some disc cleaner and see if that helps

Have you restarted the console. Or the controller. the controller might have been pushed to the right when you turned it on, making all the way to the right the middle. making te actual middle to the left. So try reconnecting the controller. or try a different one and see if the problem still occurs

Is your Internet connection able to Reach to the Xbox 360?? If it is then you probably have to try asking a friend to join your game to see if it works. If it doesn't work then try moving the Xbox 360 closer to your Wireless Connection. O Btw... People dont always join your games.

i phoned microsoft about the problem, cuz i've been getting the same thing on other games too and at one point not even connecting on the dash, but when i test the connectivity everything is fine. the person who i spoke to at microsoft said "its a problem with x-box live, and they are working 24/7 to try to resolve this. it is a problem which started x-mas 07" looks like were all going to have to grin and bare it for a while because by the sounds of it they aint got a clue whats up with it.
