When I plug in a head phone to isolate my sound, I can't hear through the head phones and my speakers are still loud. How can I fix this problem?

change your ear piece friend...first what is your mobile model?

Try pulling the power from the unit for a few minutes, the reconnect. Make sure you've got the surround settings correct. If that doesn't do it, you've likely popped the amp or the amp's power supply in the sub box.

It sound like the speaker us gone can happen in any phone send it to nokia and they fix it for free There r two speaker a loud speaker for playing movie and music, And the other is for hear people when ur talking

The problem is with your "Ringer" (the bigger speaker). If you can hear the sound through your ear piece, then replacing the Ringer/Speaker will definitely fix your problem. I would suggest to get it done from a service center or from a mobile repairing shop.

This Problem Is Caused By Either Haveing Put In A Ear Piece Or Blue Tooth Head Set Inwhich Case You Should Be Able To Plug It In And Remove It Again And Your Problem Should'nt Persist

Left click on the little speaker icon in the bottom right corner next to the clock. Check to see if the sound is muted or not. Also go to Control Panel - Sounds and turn up the volume on everything in there until u get sound. Believe me it will get loud.

most likely the switch at the back of the headphone plug is not working properly, this requires the laptop to be dismantled and have the jack repaired/replaced. Very expensive at most places. was it working previously?

I just fixed mine. Plug in your head phone. wait couple of seconds. you will hear clicking noise which seems to reset the receiver. 10seconds later, sounds should come on and if not unplug the head phone and you should hear it then.

dear replace the speaker of ur phone in k300 the speaker and ringer are the same if u not have new speaker then short both point of the speaker to gather will be ok.
