Go to http://www.csd.toshiba.com/cgi-bin/tais/support/jsp/home.jsp?nav=Product%20Support and select Televisions > TV/DVD > 32LV67U in the three drop down menus. Then select the User's Guide tab. I had the same problem, and the solution above/below that says to use code 018 worked for me. Yeah!!!

Not really too sure about Direct TV. But give me some time, I have asked some other Experts here for their help. Hopefully one or two of them may have an answer..
