Check Cartridge Error - Sharp UX-B700 Plain Paper Inkjet Fax

Problem is:

When turn on the error "check cartridge" indicates.

set taken already:

unplug and plug in the power cord - instill the same\
replaced the cartridge with the new one - instill the same\
cleaned the contact of the ink cartridge and the fax machine - instill the same
Q - is there a reset steps for the problem

Please I need help

"Check Cartridge" came on and will not go off. I tried unplugging the machine and it is still on.

check cartridge flashing

unpluged and repluged power cord

changed ink cartridge

cleaned contacts in cartridge holder

Hi there,

I just installed an ink cartridge into my fax machine and it's says "Ink cartridge error: 1 new; 2 old"
Do you know how to fix this? Please help.

I replaced my new $40 cartridge with another new cartridge and it worked.

No ink cartridge, need to replace how do I order the cartridge

The cartridge for that printer is the Sharp UX-C70B. Go online to any big box store and search using the cartridge number. It should cost you around $37 for a new cartridge.

Printer error message on screen, per troubleshooting manual, checked ink cartridge, took it out and put it back, still shows printer error. Help

Removed all paper in machine, reset paper and made sure all closed down, worked fine

Can't copy

paper might be stuc in the machine at the roll.
Open remove piece of paper. Unplug maciine and try again

Sharp ux b700 will not print

it sounds like either you didn't peel off the plastic cover the ink cartridge or it is a defective cartridge.

wipe off the contacts on back ink cartridge with a microfiber towel moistened with alcohol also wipe of the printhead (area where ink cartridge contacts the paper) then reinstall and try printing.

"printer error - check paper" after cartridge replacement

First remove all paper from fax machine and unplug fax machine from the wall socket for 12 seconds then replug fax machine into wall socket replace paper and try printing
