From the information you have provided your Frigidaire dishwasher is blinking codes and you have replaced the control panel. What lights are blinking on your dishwasher? Press and hold the heat dry button and it will turn off, so dishwasher is usable again.

You have to hold the button marked lock for 5 seconds I think it is the last one on the right. it has a little note just under the button.

I had the same problem. I turned off the breaker on the electrical panel for a minute and the dishwasher reset. It's working now. Yahoo.
