Question about Lenovo 3000 C200 Notebook
One straight solution would be to "Repair" your Windows XP installation, if you have the original Windows XP installer DVD. Insert the DVD at boot time and follow the instructions to go to "Repair" mode and let it copy the required system files again. The repair process is easy and understandable.
If you do not have a Windows XP dvd, i do not think so Lenovo Rescue and Recovery would be able to help if a particular Windows XP file is missing. (i am not 100% sure but its likely.)
You could also Google for "comdlg32.dll" and find links to download that dll file over the internet, however there could be a question over the authenticity of such available downloads sometimes.
Thanks and do tell if it did help you.
