Question about Computers & Internet
Hi,
You can do that by following ways:
1) If you have Windows XP (or vista), you should be able to restore your Laptop to its original condition (like just before the first restore point) by going to Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> click System Restore. Select an older date to which you want to restore and wait for the process to complete.
This solution assumes that restore points were enabled and previously activated.
2) Good chance that you may have received the "Restore CD/DVD" from manufacturer. Put that dvd in the drive, reboot your laptop, follow instructions.
Thanks. Do tell, if it did help.

Hi
Itwillbe one of two ways depending on the manufacturere
1) If when you bought the laptop you were given resotration CD's then it is a case of putting the CD in and then restarting the PC and following the on screen instructions
2) Other laptop brands have the recovery on the hard drive, in this case depending on the brand you will find it under
Start> My programs> Brand name
And this folder there will be something called system reformat, factory setting etc
Please leave feedback/vote if my answer was helpful
