This code does not show in my book. You reset everything back to factory defaults by removing the batteries turning the T/W off for 30 sec. and restarting.

215 is a Print Wheel error. Remove the print wheel, look for debris in the P/W area, if you have a compressed air source blow the P/W area out. If these don't work the P/W sensor is probably bad.
I have no listing for error 114.08. You can try removing the batteries, turn off for 30 sec. and restart. NOTE YOU WILL CLEAR THE MEMORY AND RESET TO DEFAULT SETTINGS!!

114 is a processor board error. The boards are about 125.00 to 150.00 plus labor. The George Beyers Co. offers a complete rebuild for under 200.00 With a warranty 800-392-8085 tell them O'Reilly sent you.

The book says turn the T/W off wait 30 seconds and restart, if condition returns call for service. However you might try removing the batteries and unplugging the machine waiting a few minutes and restarting. CAUTION ALL THE MEMORY WILL BE LOST!
121 says that the keyboard is not supported which means that the K.B. is bad. To get around this hold the code key, press & relase the "L" key type 001 rel the code key this sets the T/W to a US keyboard. You will have to do this until you replace the keyboard or repair it see my tip under WW1000.
